Service Description

Your virtual consultation will include a thorough examination of your hair and scalp, along with a detailed analysis of your general health, family history, nutrition, lifestyle, medication, and other relevant factors that may contribute to the root cause of your existing condition. Please note: this is a virtual consultation for custom wig making services, hair loss treatment at home, &/or mobile services.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us 24 hours before your appointment start time. If you cancel without 24 hours notice, you will be subject to 50% of your service total and your deposit will not be refunded. If you no show to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service total. In case of an emergency, fees and penalties may be waived. Late policy: In the event you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you will be charged the late fee of $25. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment maybe cancelled and you must reschedule your appointment, forfeiting your deposit.
